After a lifetime of riding other breeds (gaited and non-gaited) we selected the Fox Trotter because of its versatility, temperament and smooth, comfortable ride. Our philosophy is to breed the best naturally gaited horses to others to produce offspring that gait on the ground with little required from owners to bring out the gait under saddle. We also breed for an affectionate, “bomb-proof” personality that is reliable on the trail and a joy to own.

Our emphasis is on family. We think horse-showing and trail-riding are a wonderful way to spend time together. To quote a great friend and horse trader, Rev. C. Gordon, “There’s something about the outside of a horse that’s good for the inside of a person.” Boy is he right and you see it over and over again. Whether it's stress relief for adults or confidence building in kids.

By providing a good selection of enjoyable horses, we hope to bring more people back to riding.
