Lessons

We love riding and are excited to share it with others. Riders must be at least 10 years old. The 230 lb. weight limit applies. We offer variety and a combination of hands on and “intellectual” exercises. There’s a little homework every now and then, but it’s fun and so worth it!

«Instructor has been riding and training for 20 years.

«Rates are $45 per hour for private lesson, or $35 per hour for groups of three or more. Parents must accompany riders under 18 for first lesson.

«Lessons include multiple topics: horse care, safety, “horse psychology”, basic riding skills and trail riding, for example.

«Gentle Fox Trotters used for lessons. These smooth-riding horses are great for those who have injuries or get “sore”.
